EVERARD DAVIS 
Mr. DAVIS is the Chairman & CEO of TDD Investments and a 25+ year veteran in business development. With extensive international business strategy experience in Africa and Bermuda, he has developed the ability to connect with people across multiple cultures and environments. His whole career has been founded on doing what he does best: bringing two worlds together by providing people-to-people contacts. Mr. Davis has vast experience working with local community leadership on significant socially conscious projects. He maintains an entrepreneurial spirit that spurs him to success working across multiple industries.
Mr. Davis also has vast experience in building start-ups and has spent over 15 years working and building a manufacturing, wholesale and Internet business of his own on 47th Street. He is also the founder and president of The Diamond District Inc., New York, a wholesale, manufacturing and marketing firm that provides services to corporations and manufacturers, and in 1996 was the first to take the diamond and jewelry business direct to the retail market through the internet. Home of the First Diamond sold online!
His passion is youth development and for community involvement in the redevelopment of inner city neighborhoods, and his familiarity with the needs of young military families has led him to support benevolent organizations like the Soldiers', Sailors', Marine's & Airmen's Club Fund (SSMAC).
FRANÇOIS XAVIER NGOMBA
Cameroonian born FRANÇOIS XAVIER NGOMBA is a businessman and consultant with over 20 years of extensive travel around the world; knowledge of the globe; fluent in French, English and many native languages. Mr. NGOMBA has adapted himself and aligned himself to assist business, religious and political leaders throughout Central Africa and has established an impeccable diplomatic demeanor and strong ties with many world leaders, foreign companies and businessmen whose interest are helping and investing in Africa.
Experienced in multi cultural work environments and worked in different functional areas such as support to Engineering Design/FEED supports, Projects, Sales, Operation and Maintenance, covering the life cycle of projects in different infrastructural systems used in the Oil/Gas/Petro sector.
After only six years of grammar school with GCE Advance Level (1989) in the studies of Natural Science and Mathematics, Mr. NGOMBA was promoted into YAOUNDE UNIVERSITY where he obtained his degree within a three year period. During 1992, in which there was a big economic crisis period for all African countries, his Company focused additional efforts venturing into tropical products (cocoa, coffee, woods and goods) where they navigated their way reorganizing diversified ways for the international exchange markets.
Mr. NGOMBA is currently Vice President of an association which supports persons with integration difficulties in France in the capacity of language, writing, administrative and legal procedures, which also include remedial courses for the children and their families in trouble.
GLENN LOWE JOSEPH
Mr. Glenn Lowe Joseph founded the marketing and advertising firm Carte Blanche New York, Inc. which also specializing in consulting and venture capital. This company is now on its path for greatness destined to be doing what it has been doing for so many years with its Chief Executive Officer in the driver’s seat and by priding himself on integrity, honor and truth.
Mr. Joseph has been known to be very assertive, yet easy going with a sense of humor that makes one forget why a check has been written. Literally born in the business world and gained most of his notoriety in the world of entertainment as an exceptional writer/manager. He entered into the world of commodities in 2008 and it didn't take long for him to rise to the top of the chain gaining the respect of many top level execs and businessmen and women around the world. Mr. Joseph’s ability to assess a situation, detect the problem and create a solution is credited to using creative methods as if he were creating a symphony resulting and making this Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) a valuable asset to our team.
Though living in an imperfect world, Mr. Joseph has been known to create perfect situations out of imperfect factors, leaving him labeled not only as a pleasure to work with, but as a force to be reckoned with.

TERENCE HERZOG
Mr. HERZOG has over forty years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, including the management of more than $15 billion in market value for hundreds of individual and institutional clients. He has overseen public and institutional capital-raising for small and midsize public and private firms.
Early in his career, Mr. Herzog served as Principal and Officer ofseveral Wall Street brokerage firms, including Bruns, Nordemann and Rea, Phillips, Appel and Walden, and Buttonwood Securities Corp. In 1973, he co-founded Elms Capital Management Corp., a registered financial advisory and management company, and later established the Elms Securities, Commodities and Government Securities Corps. Mr. Herzog has acted as CEO and Chair of a leading electrical contracting company and a bio-technology firm, and consulted to the National Security Advisor to the President. He has served in numerous corporate advisory positions and spurred a variety of successful entrepreneurial ventures.
GERALD DELET
Mr. DELET has a distinguished 20-year track record in arranging financing for major films, television programs, and entertainment projects, including "Dog Day Afternoon", " Serpico" and "Scarface".
He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President of Artist Entertainment Complex, Inc., a public corporation controlled by Martin Bregman. Mr. Delet has also founded career management companies serving high net worth individuals in the entertainment arena. From 1959 to 1970, he was the senior accountant at the C.P.A. firm of Braun & Garelick, where he was responsible for the tax preparation, auditing, and financial and investment portfolio analysis for major manufacturers, distributors, retailers, real estate companies, and affluent individuals.
Mr. Delet holds a B.S. in Economics from Albright College and was awarded membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Accounting Honor Society while at City College Graduate School.
DEBORAH BERNICK
Deborah Bernick has twenty years' experience in marketing, public relations and new business development for corporate and non-profit clients in the fields of real estate, technology, law, finance and higher education. She has planned major international forums for the Presdient of Columbia University, the Council of Jewish Federations, and National Hillel and written speeches and position papers for the NYC Mayor's Office on immigration, health care and vocational services.
She is a member of the National Realty Club, Women in Finance, the Hadassah Leadership Academy, the Indus Entrepreneur (TiE), and an adjunct member of the Columbia Business School Alumni Association. She graduated with a B.A. in history, with high honors, from Yale University and received an M.P.H. from the Harvard School of Public Health. Ms. Bernick has worked as in instructor in Teheran, Iran and Mumbai, India and has served on the Board of Vidya, a micro-enterprise and women's educational organization. She is the author of Bodyworks: A Guide to Nutrition and Physical Fitness.

DONNETTA CAMPBELL
Donnetta Campbell is an Executive Media Consultant with over 20 years experience in corporate positioning, financial road show support, and the design of highly effective "new" and "old" media publicity campaigns for senior executives and leading non-profit institutions. She has developed global public relations and branding initiatives for Fortune 500 corporations, Information Technology executives, CEO's of start-up ventures, professional athletes, educational organizations, and the U.S. Armed Services. Her strategic action plans spearhead greater visibility, stronger press relationships and rapid special messaging, with assured quick turn-around times. She enables CEOs to use personal blogs and state-of-the-art social media to help enhance stock performance and shareholder value.
Most recently, Donnetta developed a "next generation" information technology communications plan for an emerging Cloud Computing and software solutions company. In three months, she engaged top editorial experts, writers and bloggers to plan profiles for Forbes, the New York Times, the CNN Contributing Financial Reporter Blog Profile, and CIO Magazine . In 2008, she helped launch the first bio-degradable plastic trash bag venture (in a start-up company that quickly went public), organizing a huge press campaign ranging from The National Geographic to Fox News.
Ms. Campbell was recently chosen to lead the communications team for a United Nations Health and Wellness Initiative and a planned website called Now in Health. She also recently embarked on a social network website called OperationYellowRibbon.net for our country's military families.
